Our mud crabs are from Indonesia, the meat is full and sweet! We recommend to kill right before you cook. However if you do not know how to kill, we would gladly do it for you! It is best to cook within 1hour when it reaches you, as the meat will slowly start to deteriorate the moment it was killed.
